Room to breathe

An evening of breathwork in support of Proud Wellness CIC

Some weeks ask a lot of us. This is an evening to set that down.

Room to Breathe is a conscious connected Breathwork session: a gentle, guided practice that uses the breath to quiet the thinking mind and help you settle back into your body. Over ninety minutes, we'll move through breath, stillness and a little reflection, Expect to feel more spacious awareness, deep rest, and a renewed connection to self.

You don't need any experience. You don't need to be good at relaxing. You just need somewhere private to lie down, and the willingness to breathe.

Before we begin

Once you book, you'll get your Zoom link and everything you need to prepare.

How to best prepare:

You'll receive a full prep note by email before we meet, but here's the shape of it.

  • Find somewhere private and quiet where you can lie down undisturbed for the full ninety minutes, a bed, a yoga mat, or a rug all work great.

  • Have a blanket within reach, since body temperature can shift during the practice, and wear something loose with nothing tight around your belly or ribs, so your breath has room to expand and move.

  • You'll want water, tissues, and something to write with nearby.

  • A steady connection and decent light help too. I'll need to see you clearly throughout, so please turn off any camera effects beforehand.

You don't need to arrive with an intention or a goal. Curiosity is enough.
