This work is especially for trans, queer, and neurodivergent people, and for anyone who has learned (consciously or not) to disconnect from their body as a way of coping or getting through the world.
Sessions are gentle, consent led, and paced with nervous system safety at the centre.
Groundwork isn't about fixing yourself or striving to become someone else. It's about creating space to come back to you, slowly and with care.
About groundwork:
Groundwork is a calm, body-led space offering Somatic Breathwork and Nervous System support for people who want to slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in their bodies.

You only need somewhere to land.

Growing up trans and neurodivergent, I became very aware that spaces weren’t built with people like me in mind. Over time, it felt easier to navigate life one step removed, to think my way through things rather than to stay fully present in my body, and to ignore physical sen.
Breathwork, Reiki, and other body-based practices offered something simple but profound. A way to build a relationship with my body that felt safe and supportive. A way to access tools that help when life feels overwhelming, confusing, or hard to stay present in.
Through this work, I stopped looking outward for proof that I was enough, or doing life correctly, and began to trust my own internal cues. I began to feel more at home in myself.
Groundwork exists to share that experience in a grounded and inclusive way. Especially for other trans, queer, and/or neurodivergent folk who may have learned to live from the neck up.
My intention is to create a space where you feel safe enough to soften, steady enough to listen, and supported enough to come back to yourself.
