A restorative breathwork evening to close your week, and support you in breathing into your weekend
By the time Friday comes, most of us are carrying more than we realise. The week lives in the body, in the tight shoulders, the busy mind, the aching desk chair sitting hips, and the particular wired but tiredness of holding it all together.
This is a space to put it all down.
Friday wind down is a chance to meet the end of your week differently. Instead of reaching for the thing that takes the edge off, you're invited to come here; to move, to breathe, to let the week move through you, and to choose your weekend before it feels chosen for you, by everything you've been carrying.
