This three-session offering provides continuity and space to build trust over time.
Working across multiple sessions allows us to gently deepen regulation, notice patterns, and integrate shifts in a way that feels sustainable rather than intense.
This is not about moving faster. It’s about moving steadily.
What the session includes:
• Three 90 minute 1:1 somatic breathwork sessions
• Ongoing continuity between sessions
• Optional light email check-in between sessions
Sessions can be spaced weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on what feels supportive.
