1:1 Somatic Breathwork
A private, body-led session
This 1:1 session offers a gently structured space to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and reconnection.
Sessions are paced with care and shaped around how you arrive on the day. There is no pressure to have a particular experience or outcome. We work collaboratively, with choice and consent at the centre.
What the session includes:
• A short check-in to understand what feels present
• Guided somatic breathwork
• Grounding and resourcing practices as needed
• Time at the end to rest and integrate
Sessions are typically 90 minutes.
You remain in control throughout. You can pause, adjust, or stop at any point.
How to prepare
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Avoid any heavy meals an hour beforehand
• Have water nearby
• Choose a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted (for online sessions)
You don’t need to have an intention or goal. Curiosity is enough.
